Hot Honey Chicken (Sheet Pan)

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 475 F.
  2. Mix mustard, honey, and cayenne in a small bowl. Reserve 1/4 cup in a separate bowl for serving.
  3. Cut chicken, brocolli, sweet potato, and onion into bite sized pieces.
  4. Place chicken, brocolli, sweet potato, and onion into a large mixing bowl. Add olive oil, remaining honey mustard mixture, and salt and pepper to taste. Mix.
  5. Roast until everything is tender, typically 15-25 minutes.
  6. Serve with reserved honey mustard.
