Snickerdoodles

Directions:

  1. Beat 1 cup butter and 1 1/2 cups sugar until creamy. Add 2 eggs and beat until smooth.
  2. Combine 2 3/4 cup flour, 2 tsp cream of tartar, 1 tsp baking soda, and 1/2 tsp table salt.
  3. Slowly add dry ingredients to butter mixture, and mix until combined
  4. Roll into 1 inch diameter balls and coat with the combined cinnamon sugar mixture
  5. Bake at 350F for 8-10 minutes
